If you're looking for a book with just basic notes to play or sing to, this book would be wonderful. It is more like a Hymn book; no fancy arrangements. Probably an early intermediate.

I played many of the songs in this Songbook at a rest home, and many of the people
sitting in wheelchairs joined in the singing. It did my heart good..the room filled with Love!
